7:30 Doors Open for coaches and workers only, (coaches will draw for lane assignment at Feb. 3rd meeting) A quick coaches meeting will be held at 7:45 (Donuts and coffee).
8:00 Doors open for bowlers and spectators. Bowlers organize their equipment into their assigned areas and spectators may find their seat in designated areas. ALL PLAYERS, COACHES and SPECTATORS are REQUIRED TO WEAR A MASK unless eating or drinking. Please advice kids to mask quickly even then. Coaches please check to be sure kids pass health check before they put their equipment on their lane. (If there are open bowlers at the higher end of the house as they day goes on they can only come watch the Bakers Matches with mask and paid admission.)
8:05 Center Helpers will be in place and available to help with scoring as needed…1 per every 6 lanes but no lane monitors. (Coffee and simple breakfast items will be sold at The Lanes. No outside food please. Let’s support our host house. I believe they will have their cafe open as well during the event.)

8:45 Warmups and matches begin
8:50-11:30 Round One: Qualifying Games
11:30-12:45 Lunch (Lunch ends 1 hour after last team completes their morning set.) $5.00 Pizza Lunch
12:45ish General announcements and All Tourney Team presented, Seniors Step out to the Foul Line to be acknowledged, High Game…High Series…High Average awards presented
